Your visit is completely anonymous. There are no cookies and no tracking technologies of any kind. Because nothing is collected, there is no data to use, sell, leak, hand over, or "process for legitimate business interests."

Not even crash pings. We find out things are broken like everyone else: by email.
Most apps in the catalog run fully offline and never open a network connection. Where an app does reach out, it is doing it for you and only for you: fetching Apple's own offline language packs, reading a file you pointed it at, or talking to a service you supplied your own credentials for. Nothing is routed through a server of ours, because there isn't one.
Recovery, conversion, extraction, translation — all of it happens on your device. Nothing is uploaded for processing, and no copies are kept anywhere but where you put them. Everything on the App Store additionally runs inside Apple's sandbox, so the app can only touch what you grant it.
App icons and screenshots are served from Apple's content network, and the tip-jar link goes to Buy Me a Coffee. Those are the only external requests, and once you follow an outbound link that service's own policy applies — not this one.
If it ever changes, the date at the top changes with it. Given the policy is "nothing," there is not much room for it to get worse without becoming a different company.
