Utilities, developer tools, a forensics app, a translator, a screensaver and some solitaire. Prices are on the cards because hiding them is a choice and it's never a good one. No subscriptions anywhere in this list. Two apps at the end ship outside the App Store, and their cards say exactly why.
Free / IAP = the app itself is free, with an optional purchase for extras. Where that purchase is purely cosmetic, the card says so.

Resurface
Data carving on a phone. Skips the file system entirely and reads raw bytes to rebuild photos, video and documents from their signatures. Fully offline — nothing is uploaded, ever. Plus it's endlessly extensible, with a custom config file, you can edit or add in any file signatures you are looking for specifically. For example if you know the dimensions of jxl files that got corrupt, you can recover exactly and only those images.
